Because everyone keeps asking me for this…
NOTES: Chopped chocolate is important. The small pieces provide flavor consistency while the larger pieces add variety. When it comes to brown sugar, in general terms, the higher the quality, the softer the cookie.

1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
6 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
