Just for fun, I was encouraged to invent a peanut butter cup cocktail. I think I nailed it on the first try.
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 ounces mid- or high-quality vodka
1 1/2 ounces Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Gently heat the peanut butter in a microwave to soften. Slowly stir in the vodka to liquify it. Add the Godiva liqueur and shake with ice. Serve in a martini glass.
